Im trying to figure out if there's a way to contact customers directly off the order screen, as opposed to copying and pasting thier email, and starting a new message.
I ran a promotion on some product, and looks like the product is going to be arriving later than expected. I'd like to contact everyone (91 people) about it quickly and easily.
Any thought or tips are greatly appreciated

There's not a way to contact your customers about their orders aside from what you mentioned or what's listed in this thread.
Directly off the app would be a feature request but for now you can only send an email and the automatic texts send when you mark the order as complete.
