Question on order confirmation email

I am trying to test the order confirmation email being sent to customers after puchase.

 

However it seems these emails are going to PROMOTIONS folder. How can we change it ?

And the reason this is, its comming from WEEBLY .

 

Do you know how can we change it

Thanks for reaching out! Square Online is built and maintained by Weebly, which is why the emails come from Weebly. We don't have a way of changing this, however the email content will contain your business name and the customer's order information, so customers should be clear where emails are coming from.

 

In regards to which email folder Square Online emails will appear in, this will vary between email providers - a sender of an email isn't actually able to control which inbox the email gets filtered to! This is handled by the receiver's email platform filtering rules. If your customers are having difficulty locating confirmation emails from you, the best thing we can recommend is that they manually filter emails from the sending email address domain (weebly.com) to arrive in the main inbox.
