Push notifications

Hi there,

 

I have not been receiving push notifications when customers book appointments. I have checked the notification settings in the app and on my phone (Google pixel 5). What can I do? If I can't get it fixed I'm going to have to find another booking service.

 

Also, my calendar widget used to show requested and confirmed appointments. Not it shows none. Again this is a key function and if it's not working the whole system becomes a bit useless for me.

 

Please send help? 

 

Anyone dealt with this before?
