I would love to know if there is going to be any improvements on the Square Online pick up and delivery times? It's a great feature but the fact that a business cannot pick delivery times is a huge flaw. In my bakery, we make everything in the morning and then delivery in the afternoon. We do not want customers to see an estimated time of delivery especially if it's incorrect. I would love to see the option to a) either remove the "estimated time" all together or b) let businesses choose specific time deliveries occur each day.
Also no matter how much I play around with store hours and prep time, I still cannot seem to get the pick up times I want. All our orders are next day pick up. I would like to be able to choose, let's say, three different times and have the customer check off a box. Businesses, especially the bakery industry, need more control over when a customer can pick up or get a delivery as our things are not made per order but by the batch. Hence, why the prep time feature does not work the way we want it.
