Hi @FHCustoms. So…. Square does not have a privacy policy template. There are tons of them, free and otherwise, that you can find by just doing a web search for “privacy policy template.” Review the ones you want to make sure it fits your specific needs.
As for adding it to your website, you can do that in a number of ways. You can include a PDF link in your web site. If the template you decide to use has the ability to generate HTML you can embed that in your website with the tools Square provides. However, most templates that have this capability do not include it with free templates, so you’ll have to shop around if even a minimal fee is a dealbreaker for you. Lastly, you can create a new page on your web site and copy/paste the generated template into that. There are a number of page section formats that would work.
I didn’t want to overwhelm you with listing all of the steps for the different ways you can add it to your website. First I’d recommend finding a template builder that works for you, completing that, and then posting back here once you know what formats are available for you to put on your website. I can help you find the one that is best for you if I know what I am dealing with.
