I hope everybody is keeping well.
I have a problem in trying to set up my postal Address in square.
Always that I write down my address in it it says that they cannot validate the address.
Last year I've tried to contact Square Customer Service and basically they said that it wasn't their problem.
I did not give it too much importance to the matter then but now I would like to make it work. I live in a really rural area and sometimes other companies cannot deliver to my house but my eir-code it is recognized in the Eircode finder.
I'm wondering if this is something it has happened to someone here, if so, how can I fix it?

That sounds like a strange comment from our support team and not the experience we want to provide - it sounds like there may have been a miscommunication so sorry about that.
Can you share more about where you are seeing this error message? Are you setting up a Square Online store? Could you share a screenshot if possible - feel free to send your eircode to me via DM and I can do some testing.
