Poor UX/UI funtion for Scheduling Pick up order at check out

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you today because I am experiencing an issue with the UX/UI function for pick-up orders during the checkout process on your platform.

Specifically, my customers have been reporting that they are unable to adjust the pick-up option because the "edit" button is too small and difficult to locate on the checkout page.

As a seller on your platform, I would like to provide my customers with the best possible experience when using your service. However, this issue has caused some frustration and confusion among my customers, and I believe it may be impacting their overall satisfaction with your platform.

I wanted to reach out to inquire whether you or any other sellers on your platform have experienced a similar issue with the pick-up order function at checkout. If so, I would appreciate any insight you may have on how to best address this issue and improve the user experience for our customers.

Suggestion: Make the calendar and time option more visible during the checkout process, without requiring customers to click on the 'edit' button. Perhaps placing these options directly on the checkout page would make it easier for customers to select their preferred pick-up date and time.

Thank you for writing in with this feedback and suggestion to improve the checkout experience on Square Online stores. Nobody likes a frustrating checkout experience! Would you be able to share some screenshots of what the edit button currently looks like on your site? This helps illustrate the need for improvement to our team. 

 

Hopefully, some other sellers can chime in here with their feedback about this as well.
