Pickup option not showing - have tried all recommendations

Pickup option was showing in the cart on our site two days ago, but is now not showing.  I've checked set up for all products, for all locations, and the default for the site.  I might think I had missed a step if it hadn't been showing up and working correctly on Thursday, but it was showing and working then.  Now the only visible option is shipping and nothing shows when filtering How to Get It.  Please help!

Hello @JenniferTS ! Welcome to the community!

 

Have you added any items to your site since the Pickup option was working? If you did, I'm wondering if one of the new items didn't have the fulfillment types matching what the website was expecting. As an example, if you have an item that has the shipping fulfillment active but the site isn't configured for shipping, the site shows pretty random errors.

 

Also check any new items' Item Type (at the top of the item editor on the web dashboard) and make sure it's what your site is expecting. The Other item type can prove problematic if you don't have any other items of that type.

 

If it's not this, please reply with your website address. We may be able to troubleshoot further from the customer side of it.

Thanks so much for your reply, Ryan.  No, I didn't add any new items since it was last working.  I've gone through every item on the site, and every one it set up exactly the same.  I did find a few that had a default box size for shipping, and changed those just now to match the others, but I can't imagine that would be the problem since those weren't changed before/after it was working on Thursday.  Where's the crying emoji?!  This is frustrating.  https://church-merch.square.site/

Hey @JenniferTS !  Circling back to this thread... I'm a part of a few other threads where online issues seem to have resolved themselves and I'm wondering if that's the case for you as well.

 

When I browse your site now, I do get the option for Store Pickup on your items. Was there a specific item or items that it wasn't happening on? The only thing that gives me a little pause is the required modifier for "Deliver To". Now I don't know how you have your locations set up, but to the casual observer this seems unnecessary. I'd love to know what the process is!
