Our online orders are pickup only, set up for allowing users to choose day/time. We have a 2 business day prep time set. Our current business hours are set to Thurs - Sat, closed Sun - Wed.
On the Weebly store the default pickup day and time is not even a day that we are open -- it defaults to "Tuesday". Also, it only lets people choose from Tues, Wed, Thurs. Seems like several things are broken.
(The old Square Online Store let users choose any date and time within a 2-week window.)

I checked the pickup settings for your published site and it's currently set to Tues - Thurs, 11AM - 5PM, which is why it's giving Tuesday as the first available day for pickup. If you edit these in Settings > Pickup & Delivery > Edit Location to Thurs - Sat then it should change so the default is Thursday. I'm not sure why these particular hours are set, though these can be set independent of the hours you list for your store.
