Pick up location

Pick up is not showing location when you click on it.  I get the message :

 

this item is not available at the selected pick up location 

 

Frustrated!

It sounds like the location you currently have connected to your website is different than the location this item is available at, @CMW1960 - let's dig in!

 

You'll start by heading to your website editor to confirm which location is connected currently. Once inside the website editor (Square Dashboard > Online Store), click Settings, then General. The location listed here is the one connected to your website.

 

Next, you'll want to visit your Item Library to confirm which location this item has been made available at. Locate the item you mentioned in your post above, and take a look at the Details section of the page to find the Locations line.
