Pick Up Not Showing for Customers

My customers are not seeing the option to choose pickup during checkout. On my end, it says “HOW TO GET IT”. I have to click “edit” and then it will show either pickup or shipping. However, my customers are not seeing that option. What can I do? Also, is there a way that it will just show both options so they don’t have to click the super tiny “edit” button that no one will even notice? Thank you.
