Pay for a book chapter with subscription

I want to publish my book on my website and have customers pay to read each chapter. About 99cents per chapter. How do I do this?  How do I deliver the chapter to them once they pay for it?  

I started using the subscription option and uploaded the book cover image, but I need to know how to deliver the content to the customer once he's paid for a chapter.

Sending your chapters to your customers will have to be done manually, as of now.

Once the customer places the order, you will send a separate email with the chapter content.
