Hi @salo. Well, I have to hand it to you — you certainly have covered all of the troubleshooting bases I would have suggested! That certainly sounds like a but that might be caused by something messed up in your account. Things like that have happened to me occasionally over the years. The only way to fix it is to call the Customer Success Team, and get them started investigating. Hopefully they would be able to replicate what you are seeing, and then get the development team on it.
After I post this reply, I’ll flag your thread to them. But I have no clue how long their waiting list is.
