Partnering with Hotels: Charging Restaurant Orders to Guest Rooms

Hey so I think there should be a way for invoices to be sent to the kitchen/be printed as a standard receipt. For a bit of explanation, the restaurant I work for has a hotel near by that would love to work with us. This hotel sees a lot of people traveling for business that have all expenses charged to their rooms for their ease. We would love to be able to work with them, however there isnt a way for invoices to be printed to our kitchen/even as a standard receipt to hand to the kitchen.

Unfortunately, I don't anticipate that what you're describing will be possible in the future if the hotel isn't part of your business and operating under the same ACN and Square account. 

As an alternative, you might consider creating a Square Marketing Voucher code that can be provided to the hotel, allowing guests to apply it when ordering from your website, effectively making their order free. You could then invoice the hotel for the cost of these orders afterward. To create a voucher, sign in to your Square Dashboard and navigate to Marketing & Loyalty > Marketing > Vouchers > Create Voucher.
