I have one order that has been fulfilled but will not mark as shipped no matter what device I try on. iPad, iPhone, or desktop. All my software and browsers are up to date.
The order is old, and was shipped ages ago, but it shows up in my list of unshipped orders. When I click to see the order, the order shows as shipped, and my option is to "Track Order". I can't seem to push this order into completed at all. If I try to refund or cancel it, I get "There was an error, please try again later". It's been months! Help?
