I've incorrectly tagged an order as being collected - had the wrong order open.
I can't seem to undo this error and so now have an order tagged incorrectly.
Anyone know of a way to undo this error?

Hi @Aberminirfc thanks for flagging this.
I believe that once you mark the order as completed/picked up it's listed as a completed transaction and therefore cannot be reverted unless you refund it.
In this case, you may need to ask the customer to process the transaction again and refund the original - or just keep a manual record of this one until it is collected.
