Order Confirmation email not being sent

Hi

It was on / off for last few weeks but now I think it's completely down. I recoeved 3 orders yesterday via www.783label.com and I didn't recieve any email confirmation nor my customers

I’ve had a look and can see that we’ve not been receiving any other reports on this issue. I’ve also placed a test order on a demo site, and both the Seller and Buyer order confirmation emails were sent as expected.


On occasion, legitimate emails can be redirected to Spam or Quarantine folders. However, if multiple customers are reporting that they have not received their order confirmation and your email notifications have not been filtered to Spam, then it would point to a potential issue on the account.


If you've not already, could you please take a look at the Notification settings on your Square Online Dashboard and toggle Off and then On the New Order Email option, to refresh your preferences. If you could then head over to customer Email & Text Alert settings, and do the same for your customer Email notification preferences.


After doing this, please place a test order and let me know if you’ve received both Buyer and Seller confirmation emails. If not, I’ll be happy to look into this further for you.

 

Prior to placing the test order, you can create a Coupon to apply at checkout to offset the cost. You can do this from the Marketing tab of your Dashboard.
