Only the start can be zero and only the end can be Infinity

Hello,

I am trying to set up shipping rates for my store, but keep getting the above message. Not sure what the problem is as the pricing starts at $0.00 dollars for my first level of shipping costs and my last level starts at $100.01 and up. 

Anyone know why this message is coming up?

Could you give me some more insight on the steps you took to get the shipping rate set up for your business? Did you try to use the shipping rate profile? 

Are you trying to set this up through your Dashboard?

Yes we have a shipping rate profile and tried to put in rates for different prices. The pricing starts at $0.00 dollars for my first level of shipping costs and my last level starts at $100.01 and up. Not sure why the message "Only the start can be zero and only the end can be Infinity." comes up.
