Online with PoS

Hi, the new Sq Online element with PoS is a good addition, however it incorrectly states 'Orders Off' when the site is accepting order. (Assuming this is meant to mirror the 'Accepting Orders' status on Sq Online)

Correct - this status should mirror your online ordering status. 

Is the status still showing as off for you? Could you let me know which fulfillment method(s) you use? I’m comparing this with delivery and collection, and I’m seeing something different on a test account.

Is there ever a time of day or week when your online orders are turned off, or is this completely inaccurate for your business?

Hi, thanks for replying.

Our store only has Shipping activated.

The location that I use for the website did have hours set as 09:00 - 17:00; I have turned off (unticked) the location hours, however no change on PoS... still showing 'Orders Off'

Hi, the POS APP (on Android) still shows "Orders Off", so doesnt appear to have been fixed. Any news?
