Online tool duplicating items

Hi I am working on the website however Square is populating taking the Items from my list of items and also the same items from the menu'. 

 

They are telling me that when creating a new website to avoid selecting "Food and Beverages" as your business type so now I am willing to change my setting on the website but it seems that the only solution to do that it's to open a new account !

Hi there @CM2025.. I don't know who "they" are but I'll assume you mean someone at Square support.  If so, I'm not sure that you got good information.  So, allow me to ask some questions.

 

First, when asking about website issues, it would really help to see your website.  Can you provide the URL?

 

Second, how did you build your online store?  Did you add an "Order Online" page to your Square Online website?  Or are you using the new F&B Ordering Profile?

 

Third, do you have categories that you set up ONLY for the purpose of organizing your online store items?  If so, and if you are an F&B operation, you can probably delete those categories since you probably don't need them for reporting purposes, and since Menus are the new way of organizing F&B online stores and other sales channels.  Don't delete them yet.  Just answer this question, too, so I can get an idea of what you need to do after looking at your store.
