Online store issues

Hi,

I have started an online store where I sell a mixture of orders from stock and orders where I need to order.  All are set to pick up.

I have had people report that they can order no problem with a laptop, but via phone it gives them pickup address issues.  Is this normal?

Do you have a screenshot of the error message by any chance?

You won't be able to replicate as I have since changed all items to be Physical Items (Which they are not).

Issue is when combining various item types it will not let the buyer purchase the items as it thinks pickup is not the same, even though some item types don't have pickup option.

I'm just jumping in here to offer a hand. 

Could you provide more details about how you've configured these two different types of items? It seems like you've assigned different fulfillment methods to each item type, which might cause issues for customers during checkout, especially if they're trying to purchase a mix of physical and non-physical items with different fulfillment methods (e.g., Pickup).

Regarding the items you mentioned as "need to order," are you essentially attempting to offer customers the ability to pre-order specific items?

As of now, we don't have a built-in feature to support item pre-orders. However, some suggested workarounds include renaming the item with "PRE-ORDER" in the name and adding a note at the beginning of the item description to inform customers that they're paying for an item that will arrive at a specific date.

I'm still having issues with the Online store and how it handles orders.

Although I have marked it not to collect shipping addresses, the system still does. 

I have had it reported from some buyers that on some phones this is creating an issue for checking out,

Is there a solution for this?
