Online shop - shipping error

I've customer's saying that they are unable to enter their shipping address as it says address information incomplete. I've tried myself and get the following error which is different. This is using the autocomplete

Findshard failed. Not enough info to figure out which shard to use.

Anyone able to help?

Can you share a link to your site and if possible a screenshot of the error(s)? 

Which browser did you experience this error on and if you have any addresses I could test this with, feel free to send them to me via DM.
