We have a food pickup service by online order.
Lately several customers claim that they chose their pickup time at our online store, however the automated notification email of the order showed "Wrong Pickup Time".
It's been happening for over a week now.
Square Online shop system has surely error and problem, are there anyone having the same problem?

This week, some of our regular customers still had "schedule pickup time" errors, which were: They know how to change the pickup time in the future date & time on our online store, they chose the time they wanted, then complete order, got email about the order, the pickup time on the email said -wrong (the time became "the earliest available time" automatically by system. Those errors confuse us and our customers. Are there any system updates lately again???? Some errors or bugs, glitches often happened after the system updates for online shop system, we had the problem on Fridays & busy weekends, that really cause us bad business and made us upset.
