Online items not printing on receipt

When going into the transaction all items are showing up, but the receipt that prints out does not include everything. This is a new issue just happening in the last couple of weeks. Has anyone had this happened, and how to fix this?

Hey @ROCCOSPIZZA1.  For issues like this, a picture is definitely worth a thousand words.  Can you post screen shots of each receipt for a transaction, please?  That will at least help us find a starting point to hopefully help you resolve this.

@ROCCOSPIZZA1.  That’s exactly what I needed to see.  It helped clear up a couple of things, including what you meant by “receipt” which I see in your case you mean “kitchen ticket” rather than a customer receipt.

 

Your issue here is obviously with your side sauces not printing.  My strong suspicion here is that your printer profile is not set up to print ALL categories to that printer and is excluding the category where the item “Side Sauce” is located.  So you’ll want to go check your printer profiles on your POS devices to be sure that all categories are included to print to the kitchen.
