Online coupon is not working, checkout has no coupon option only gift card

Was trying to give a customer free shipping through a one-time use code and they couldn't do it as the only option to enter on my site is for gift cards. Using a link does nothing as it goes away once I go to check out.

Taking a look at your site, I notice you have many items with automatic discounts already applied to them, like the one shown below:

Automatic discounts cannot be combined with any other discount, including coupon codes. If an automatic discount is set up and applied during checkout, your customer will not be able to also apply a coupon code—only one discount type is supported at a time. If your customers were to add items to their cart that do not have an automatic discount, they would be able to use the coupon on those items, but if they add an item with an automatic discount already applied to the cart, the coupon field won't appear.
