Online Tax Exemptions

Maybe I'm missing something but the item-level tax exemptions don't seem to work for online orders.

Everything works perfectly fine as it should in the POS apps and Register, however, the tax rules and exemptions do not apply in the same way through online orders.

It's only recognising one of the applicable Taxes and it's ignoring the exemptions.

Item Level Taxes should apply for pickup and delivery orders. They will not work for shipped orders at this time. 

Can you please confirm your website name, and an example item that should have specific tax rules? I can try to take a look at the current settings. Thanks!
