Online Order Notifications

How do I get a notification that someone placed an online order. I had someone come to my Foodtruck and asked if there order was ready. They placed an online order I knew nothing about, but once I looked in the transactions I saw that they paid for it online. Is there a way to get a text to my phone that let’s me know someone place an online order

You have a couple of different options. You can turn Order Notifications in the Square POS App and manage them in Order Manager or you can turn on Email Notifications in Square Online so they're sent to you when an order is submitted.
