Online Checkout link isn't sending receipt?

I'm using online checkout links, and the payment process seems to be going well, but no one who has used it has received an email receipt. I'm getting the email that has a copy of the receipt that says "You just received an order! This is a copy of the email that your customer received." but at least 6 people with different email domains have paid and no one has gotten a receipt.

 

Is there some sort of toggle I need to turn on to make sure these are going out?

Hello @carlysquyres I am sorry some of your customers are not getting their receipts through the online checkout links. That is frustrating! 

 

I know this happening with more than one person but can we confirm they did check the spam/trash folder? Also, you mentioned they are using domain emails. That could be the issue as well. We have seen domains block square emails. Ask them to add the email address of the receipts, [email protected] to their contact list and see if that resolves the issue.
