Yes, I tried that. It didn't work. The checkout Buy button still leads to a blank page. For now, I'm using the URL for the item page in the online store, shortening it using Bitly and I'm using that in the marketing and social media. Perhaps I might have to delete the entire item and start afresh for the next event. Its a recurring workshop evening so I've been using the same item and adjusting the date and workshop details each month. Its worked fine up to now.
If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them.

Thanks for giving this a try already @LisaButler! Deleting, and recreating the item/event would be my next suggestion here, too. Hopefully a newly created item and link will resolve this issue, but if you're still having issues with this link, it might be worth reaching out to our support team. Thank you for that @Arie, I appreciate it. Thanks for the support number. Its a shame there is no weekend support as I did try to make contact yesterday and couldn't get hold of anyone. Anyway, I'll delete and recreate the next event and see if that resolves the issue.
