Older Weebly question

I have my website/ blog on the old Weebly template. Square has some new features I would love to incorporate into my website as the old Weebly dashboard doesn't have certain things.

Is there a way to merge content to get these upgrades without losing anything?

Unfortunately, there is no way to merge features from the Weebly editor and the Square editor. They are completely different. You could always try out the Square editor and build a website using it and its features. But, Weebly and Square are completely separate website editing platforms.
