Notification I have received an order from my Weebly website

I am no longer receiving emails from my website to tell me I’ve received an order.

I contacted support and received a long email about the new square receipts but no instructions on how I can receive the message.

can anyone tell me how I can set this up so I don’t miss any more orders as I did last week

Assume you've checked your notification settings in Square? Just to be safe, the below areas are where notifications are configured:

General email settings

  1. Log in to your Square Dashboard
  2. Go to Account & Settings > Notifications
  3. Make sure the option for Order Notifications is turned on and the correct email address is listed

Square Online email settings

  1. From your Dashboard, go to Online
  2. Select Settings > Email Notifications
  3. Confirm that New Order Notifications are enabled for your email

Practical workaround

If you want instant alerts, you can also:
  • Turn on Push Notifications in the Square POS app (Settings > Notifications)
  • Or set up SMS alerts via your email provider by forwarding emails to your mobile

If you’ve done all this and still aren’t receiving emails, it might be worth checking your spam folder or adding Square’s email addresses to your safe sender list.
