Not recognizing items in editor

Trying to edit the aspect ratio of my items on the website editor, and the website editor does not recognize that I have items uploaded. Super confused any help is appreciated

I see this is your first post, welcome to the Community!

Took a look at your profile and found a Square Online Store associated with your account, but it looks like a few (super cute) sticker packs, among other things, are available there, so that tells me the items definitely exist. 

Sounds like you might be experiencing some issues with how your browser is loading the different elements in your Site Editor, in this case, your items. 

You can find a few troubleshooting steps in this article.
