Not all Modifiers in a set are populating online

Hello –– I'm having a bit of trouble with a modifier set at a coffee shop. My syrups modifier only shows 7 options, the modifier set is quite lengthy (18), so it's leaving 11 off. I can't seem to find a relevant setting for this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there @Abray.. So I have very large modifier sets, also.  Mine are even larger -- one over 70 and one over 30.  There is no setting I know of that would cause a problem, so it would help to be able to see the issue in action.  I might even be able to take a peek at the code that Square Online generated using a tool I have and see what might be causing the issue.  So, can you please post the URL of your online store?

The other Modifier sets are complete in full, everything is 'in stock' and available at all locations, but 11 of the syrups won't budge. Thanks for your help.

@Abray How very odd.  First, I'm going to have you do something that might seem out of the ordinary, but I want to rule out a ghost that we could chase all day and never get anywhere.  Go to your online dashboard > Online > Online Store > Website > Site Preferences.  Scroll to the bottom and unpublish your site.  Then republish your site as usual and check out an item.  Are they all there now?

@Abrayok.  I knew it was a long shot, but it was worth it in my long experience here.  So, are you using the "Order Online (Restaurant)" or the "Shop All (Retail)" online store template?  You should be using the Restaurant one.  I'm not sure if the Retail one has limitations, since I've never used it. You can change this by selecting "Change template" as shown in the screen shot below.  It looks to me like you might be using "Shop All" which is not optimized for F&B operations.  If you do change this, you'll need to publish again and then check.
