For some reason I am no longer receiving any emails from Square. I use to get a report after each card transaction that I billed which has stop. Additionally, emails about approval/non approval of loan and loan deposits no longer coming. I have checked my junk mail and there are absolutely no emails coming in from square on anything. Can you advise what happened? Thanks!
Hi @LHW170. Many, many years ago I had something similar happen to me. Weirdly it turned out that my email provider was rejecting emails from a different vendor (not Square). I wasn’t being notified, they weren’t hitting my junk box. The vendor who was sending them was getting notices that emails were not able to be sent, but they were going to a mailbox that was not being monitored. Anyway, one recommendation I would have is to check with your email provider. They should have logs that list any failed attempts directed to your email address.
