Hello, I've heard from a few of my customers today that they have sent me feedback prompted by the automatic email they received.
I checked the Feedback dashboard and there are no feedback entries. I also haven't received any emails with the feedback.
The customers think I have been ignoring them, which is obviously not great.
How do I get this feedback? All my Feedback settings are turned on, I am receiving emails about transactions as normal... it's just this feedback system that doesn't seem to be working.

Any input from Weebly on this issue? It's been three weeks and we still haven't received any of the customer feedback customers are telling us they are sending us through the automatic emails...
