Hi everyone,
I was wondering if you might know the answer to the following. I listed a mug for sale, but has said next to the mug for the past several months "Not Available".

Do you have any idea why it says "Not Available"?

Thanks for writing in to flag this with us!
I've just checked your link and it looks like your item is now displaying as normal and is available to purchase.
If this happens again though, there are a few settings you can check for good measure:
1. Ensure you have assigned a fulfilment method to your item. If you have assigned Pickup / Delivery, ensure you have defined the hours in your settings.
2. Check to ensure your newly imported items aren't showing as 'Unavailable'. You can check this by navigating to your Item Sync settings.
3. Ensure you have assigned stock to your item. Stock numbers can be added or adjusted from the item page.
