No option to create an Online store

Hello.

New Square user here, trying out the Free plan.

I set my account and business up in the Dashboard, including items and services.

Next I want to work on the eshop. When I click "Online" I only have "Sales Channels". I don't have any option to create or launch my business' online store. What am I doing wrong?

My business is retail for food products and food services, in Czech Republic 🇨🇿

Welcome to Square, and thanks for giving the Free plan a try! The reason you’re only seeing “Sales Channels” and not the option to create or launch an online store is that Square Online is not currently available in the Czech Republic. At this time, Square Online can only be created in select supported countries, so the option won’t appear in your Dashboard based on your business location. I understand that’s likely disappointing, and I’m happy to share your interest with our product team as we continue expanding availability.
