I’ve never had an issue when a client no shows on me because I was able to go online and charge them a cancellation fee. Now the button isn’t on there when I hit them as a no show!

Do you have the No-Show policy set in your Appointment settings? You can check that on your Dashboard > Appointments > Settings > Payments & Cancellations.
