I have tried many times but no authorisation code appears. I've contacted support many times but I just get the same reply that it should work or that if I want I can just change the nameservers but keep the domain in Weebly. This is an old website I built for a business and the owner wants to transfer the domain away from Weebly. I should be able to do that. When I click unlock here no code appears:
