So, I hadn't actually used the square store in a couple years. I've decided to shut down my other website and wanted to reopen my Square site. The problem I am having is any new item that I add is not showing on the online store, however, all the older items are still there. I have searched this forum and done the things I found to do: clearing cache, double checking my settings, etc. It is still not showing. I reached out to support via email. finally heard back from them only to be a copy and pasted troubleshooting telling me to make sure they aren't archived, which they were not, I do not lack common sense. I'll be honest I'm a little perturbed that after waiting so long that's all I have gotten. Does anyone have any idea of what else I could try? I do not want to have to wait yet another 2 days for help.
Hi @tina5316 have you made sure it's visible on the collection?
If so, this may be a syncing issue. Call Square online and they can do a hard refresh for you which will bring it to your online store.
I am dealing with this issue too and when I call, they fix it for me.
I'm definitely not new at this, and am also having a syncing issue. I've literally tried EVERYTHING to make new items show up online.
It's very frustrating!
Been having the same issue and keep getting vague responses that the engineer team is working on it..i see multiple customers having issues with this and nothing has been announced.
Hi @Subport - did you call the 855-700-6000 and asked them for the hard refresh, or was there another number you called? I am having the same issues with syncing between Square POS/Dashboard and Square site. TIA!
