New Update Changed Current Site

Yesterday, I created a second site after receiving the email about the new update. Now it erased all my data on my current professional site and it will no longer let me access it and I am not getting notified when orders are being placed. I tried to delete the second site, but no option seems to be available. 

 

It also changed some of my items and my automatic emails that are sent out upon an order and it will not let me change the emails now. 

 

Please help, I am losing business and very frustrated.

I did the same thing and now can't search my orders.  I am having to jump through a bunch of hoops to handle incoming transactions.
