Need status of IT at Square correcting the Free Shipping Verbiage that appears at end of orders.

What is the status of IT as Square correcting the Free Shipping verbiage that appears at the end of orders regardless of any parameter for free shipping we would even think about as merchants?  This makes no sense.  This is a repeat issue across various threads in conversations and there doesn't seem to be any care for Square folks to get it fixed.  It's a turnoff to upgrade services as a result for many merchants.  Fix it.  Keep us informed of the actual expected date for a fix.  Stop letting the threads die off without resolutions.  Here's a snippet of it attachedFree verbiage issueFree verbiage issue:

Hi @smckinley99 What is the url of your site? Free shipping will show if you 1. Have created a free shipping rule, 2. Have not setup shipping, or 3. Do not have a backup shipping rate in place and the cart item or order total is not defined by a rule.

How does any of that apply if I'm still in the basic membership?  I have not created a free shipping rule inside the system, which has required me to post notes on my site for the minimum purchase needed to enjoy the free shipping I do offer.  The system logic doesn't make sense for the basic membership.  For 2 and 3, those features require me to upgrade.  How do I get a message back just to you regarding my URL instead of the platform at large?  This needs to be fixed for the basic membership first before people want to entertain any upgrades.  Thank you for your assistance.
