My online website coupons are not working, how do I get them to work?

Would you mind going to your Square Online Store Dashboard > Items > Coupons and taking a picture of your settings? I want to make sure those are good to go to see if that's what's causing the issue. Let me know!

I have created my coupon in my Online Store Dashboard>Items>Coupons, but it's still not showing on my online site when I go and try to create an order and see if it works. It keeps saying that it is not a valid coupon code or gift card. I have tried to upload a photo like you said for the other person, but It's not letting me upload one.
