My Weebly page I cannot edit I did something to Theme and Removed heading

Hello Weebly Experts
I did something in the edit HTML /CSS and now I cannot edit my pages to add or edit 
I may have removed the HEADER TYPE and other things
I get a blank white page when I do Edit 
Does anyone know what I did ? 
How can I fix it 
Also in order to view my webpage I have to scroll down half way down to see any of my links I have

I was able to resolve by clicking the Theme and changing and my problem got resolved
