Hello, I connected my domain from Namecheap to Square Online 2 days ago and now the website is not secure. How can you install SSL for my website?
My website is www.eplusmon.com
Hey @californiablue1, I don't have access to the DNS records so I won't be able to do this on your behalf. When you are checking your domain in Namecheap, are you able to see the duplicate records at all? It might be worth asking Namecheap where the information might be as they'd have better access.
This shouldn't affect your use of Google G-Suite and other products!
@JJ_ I got it! thank you very much. I appreciate your help!
Hi,
I'm having a similar not secure message. My site is www.thebridge330.store. How do I remove the not secure notification?
Hi @thebridge330 - Welcome to The Seller Community, it's always nice to see a new face 😊
Great News.
Your site does appear to be secure on my end.
To ensure that your store is always secure, be sure to confirm with your Domain Registrar that both of your A records are pointing to: 199.34.228.164.
Looks like yours is pointing correctly! 👍
I hope this helps.

I am having the same issue with my website not being secure. My domain name is through Weebly and my website is johnswoodtothewise.com. I need help, please!
My website is not secure. Can someone please let me know what to do? The domain is woodfloorscolorado.com. It was fine and all of the sudden, not secure?? Please help.
Welcome to the Seller Community, @sleaming1 👋
The backend is showing the site status as "unpublished" even though the site is loading. This may just be a UX error, though. Can you please log into the site editor, and re-publish the website?
Please let me know when you have had a chance to do this, and I'll take another look for you. Thanks!
my website hamsavibes.com is showing non secure even though security certificate is enabled. And I had let weebly automatically configure my godaddy records. I checked DNS just to verify as well.
I just pointed my namecheap domain to square online. www.mdbodysculpting.com and it started showing up as Not Secure.
I reached out to name cheap support and this is the answer I got from them
"According to my check, your domain is hosted with Weebly. Unfortunately, custom certificates are not supported on their hosting servers. However, they provide free SSL certificates with their hosting packages."
how to fix this? thanks
