Modifier set names no longer visible on online order confirmation emails.

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: new "receipts" email orders lost all details?? HELP.

I relied on the emails from my orders to show me the details of my orders, even the orders page never (and still doesnt) show this to me. How can I view it again without going to each product and viewing what order the items are in and matching up what colour the parts of what a customer ordered? This is dumb. Please bring back the old email!!! Clearly shows me what each line and colour selection is in bold before the choice. Thank you for flagging this, @leadastray

I'm going to reach out to our Advanced Support team to try and get more clarification behind this change.

Before I do, I'd like to confirm my understanding of the issue:

Previously, when you received a copy of the customer's online order confirmation email, it included the modifier set names for all relevant modifiers, structured like this:

Old Format Example:

[Modifier set name]:
[Selected modifier]

38mm Colours: Lagoon
Keeper Colour: Dusty Turquoise
Thread Colour: Rainbow

This format clearly helped you identify which specific modifier was selected for each modifier set.

Now, while you're still receiving copies of order confirmation emails, the modifier set names have been removed, making it difficult to determine which modifiers correspond to which categories:

New Format Example:

[Selected modifier]

Lagoon
Dusty Turquoise
Rainbow ($1.00)

Without the modifier set names, you can no longer easily match the selected modifiers to their respective modifier set names.

Is my understanding correct? Once you confirm, I'll escalate this to the team for further investigation.
