Hi, I have 2 team members setup in my Square account.
1 team member has made a full website.
However- it is not available to me on the parent account and therefore the inventory etc does not sync. Is there anything I can do about this as we've invested quite some time building a site thinking it was all within the one account.

Hi @donnabass, thank you for your post! It sounds like a team member has created a Square Online site under their email address, is that correct?
Unfortunately, if that is the case, it won't be possible for us to migrate that to the new account. An alternative would be to make the employee's account the main account instead. This will require you to change the employee's login to your email login, but, before you can do this, you'll need to remove your email from this account so it won't cause a conflict.
Another workaround would be for the employee to re-create the Square Online store again from scratch from the correct account.
