Maximum entries in a List Modifier?

Hi, does anyone happen to know the maximum number of entries that are allowed in a List Modifier?  I may have around 400 for customers to choose from, and then have multiple Items available where they can select 1, 5, 10, 20.

I haven't ever hit the limit, but I think you are asking for a nightmare to manage.  You could have groupings of modifiers might be better, or you may look at using item types or options.  What kind of choices are you trying to associate with an item or service?

Hi Donnie - thanks for the reply!
I am selling individual videos of acts from a multi-day dance competition.  Besides buying an individual act, customers can also select "packages" of 5, 10, or 15 acts.  I know that using a list may be challenging to setup, but at least the order report would be consistent (as opposed to just using free form text entry field/s for the customer to fill out) and therefore scriptable for preparing the order on my backend.
I could break the 400 acts into groups (maybe by day) but then offering the "packages" becomes more difficult.
