is there any way to send out a mass email thur appointments? Like notified clients that business is closing or something of that nature?

Hello, you can send a mass email through Square Marketing.   

Under Customers - Marketing - Campaigns.  From there you can create either an email, text or facebook post.

You can also set up customer groups if you want to target different groups of customers to send your email to. This is also created under Customers - Customer Directory - Create Group.
