Marking part of an order as ready/complete from the app.

Hello,

I am unable to select individual items from an order to select as 'in progress' or 'ready'.  I can only mark the whole order.

BUT in the browser (square online > orders) I can select which items from the order are ready.

Please advise?

Hi @TGPH, thank you for sharing this.

From testing this on my end and checking in with the team, the ability to mark individual item within an order as In Progress or Ready is only available when managing orders from the Square Online overview. This is not a feature available on the Square Dashboard or within the Square Point of Sale app.

I can definitely see how this would be a useful feature to have. I've shared the feature request with the appropriate team so they can take a further look into it.
